For more than two decades, I've worked with organizations adopting technology to improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth. My career has taken me through enterprise ecommerce, cloud platforms, SaaS, account management, business operations, and customer success, where one lesson has remained consistent:

Technology creates value only when people successfully adopt it.
